PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The raw material for anhydrous milk fat (AMF) production is from first quality fresh unsalted butter obtained from unacidified cream or from 40% fat pasteurized fresh cream. Anhydrous milk fat is obtained by extracting water and non-fat components from milk. Raw material origin is cow’s milk.
