PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Mozzarella is a pasta filata cheese, produced from pasteurized, at 72ºC for 15 seconds, cow’s milk. The mozzarella is suitable for shredding and intended for direct consumption or as an ingredient for industrial use. Delivery between 5-10 days after production.
