PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Milk protein concentrate is a powder of total milk protein processed by ultrafiltration and spray drying process. It is made from 100% EU milk and can be used as an ingredient to manufacture other foodstuffs. Colour is white creamy. It is a dry fine powder; allows individual lumps easily delaminate with mechanical impact. Taste and odour are typical for milk protein concentrate powder. It is free of foreign taste or odour.
